Gate Valve Lockout - 3 Padlocks. For Handle Diameter 127mm - 165mm. Virtually indestructible valve cover, made with strong polyurethane plastics, making them resistant to cracking and abrasion. They are resistant to extreme weather and can withstand temperatures from -29°c to 93°c.

Once locked, they rotate freely around the hand wheel, preventing the valve wheel from being turned. The unique knock-out centre accommodates OS & Y or "rising stem" valves.
